Complete corrugated converting line configured with feeding, printing, slotting, rotary die cutting, conveying, and finished-product stacking sections.

The line includes two flexographic print stations, dedicated slotter and die-cut sections, along with an AG exit conveyor and AG stacker for downstream product handling.

Description:

The Koppers 66" × 113" converting line provides an integrated solution for corrugated printing and converting. Material moves through the pre-feed and feed sections into two flexographic print stations, followed by the slotter and rotary die-cut section. Finished product is transferred through the AG exit conveyor and handled by the AG stacker.

This configuration allows printing, slotting, die cutting, conveying, and stacking to be handled as one coordinated production system.
