2000 Complete BHS Left-Hand Corrugator Line – 2017 Slitter Scorer, Siemens S7 Controls & 2025 Web Guide Upgrades

This complete Year 2000 BHS left-hand corrugator line is available with extensive mechanical, electrical, and automation upgrades completed throughout multiple sections of the system. The line includes a full range of BHS equipment designed for high-volume corrugated board production.

The system includes AAR one-up and one-down stacking units, two HQM cutoff knives, a WD diverter, KQF high-speed rotary shear, SR-S slitter scorer, KQM rotary shear, DWR double facer, LWR double glue unit, five VZR preheaters, two MF-B modular single facers, three ARW-M 300 splicers, two ARW-M 400 splicers, and five sets of ASR-MV roll stands.

The line features a newer 2017 slitter scorer section with an auxiliary shaft section added in 2022. Multiple sections have been modernized with Siemens S7 or newer controls, drives, and motors, including the HQM cutoff knife, double facer, double glue unit, triple stacker, double-backer splicer, rear single facer, and splicer systems.

Additional automation upgrades include the BHS CCC control system for automatic splicing and an updated BHS bridge control system. E&L compensating rolls and web alignment systems were installed throughout the line in 2024. A new BHS web guide system was added at the slitter scorer in 2025 to automatically track the web and control trim positioning.
